How To Order

When you call or write, let us know the geographic area you want to cover. Also, tell us if you want to restrict the list to certain types of media. For example, you might want all daily newspapers in New England, or all news radio stations on the west coast.

We will give you a quote for your media list and let you know when we will deliver it to you. In most cases, we can deliver a customized media list to you within 1 working day of receipt of your payment. For each media outlet you select, your Easy Media List will include an email address for press release distribution, telephone number, fax number and mailing address, plus a link to the media outlet's web site.

We will deliver your customized media list to you via email, as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file. If you prefer, we can provide a comma separated value (.csv) file, which you can open using any spreadsheet program.

We guarantee the quality of every list. We will fix any problem or error you find in your media list for 4 weeks after purchase.

Non-Profit Discounts

We offer a 25% discount on customized list purchases to 501(c)(3) organizations in the USA, and a 50% discount on standard Easy Media Lists. Also, we provide a 25% discount on the purchase of a Mondo Times Professional Membership. Proof of non-profit status is required. Contact us to arrange to use these discounts.

Limitations On Use

Remember that any list your order from Easy Media List is for your organization's use only, and it may not be redistributed to anyone outside of your organization. If you need a list for redistribution, just contact us to discuss terms. Our redistribution terms are very reasonable.
